Planter’s Punch

Kind of like a mojito without the mint, Planter’s Punch is a cool, limey, fizzy, sweet-n-sour Bahamian cocktail. With enough rum to take the edge off of all your worries, it’s just perfect on a hot day… and will have you asking for “Another, please!” 

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz. Bacardi rum
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 oz. chilled club soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dissolve sugar in lime juice in frosted glass.
  2. Add rum & fill with crushed ice.
  3. Top with soda, stir.
  4. Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and a cherry. Serve.
