Haitian Jacmel Cocktail
This cocktail named for the historic Haitian port of Jacmel is strong and sweet with mango and pineapple flavors. Haitian Rhum Barbancourt and mango rum are combined with Grand Marnier, pineapple juice, and a little lime juice to make the refreshing Jacmel cocktail.
- 3/4 oz dark Haitian rum
- 1 1/2 oz mango rhum
- 1/2 oz grand marnier
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Garnish: pineapple or mango wedge
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with a pineapple or mango wedge.
