Do you know the manufacturer of the plate used with the Mango Key Lime Pie segment?
Hi Linda, apparently those were purchased at a boutique thrift shop so we can’t trace them. So sorry!
Hi Chef…..I have seen your show several times now, and I love them. Keep giving us great recipes, and we will keep watching. I also would like some recipes that include pineapple, apples, kale and veggies, along with scallops, red snapper and shrimp. Thanks!
Hi Gretchen! 🙂 Thanks for those great suggestions. We’ll keep them coming as long as you keep coming to visit. And of course, look out for season 2 coming up in April 2016. Stay tuned!
For the mango key lime pie how much chopped Mango do you add
One ripe mango might be between 1 and 1.5 cups. More mango = more mango flavor! 🙂
I am thinking of putting lime zest into the mango key lime pie the next time around is that a good idea?
Sounds like a great idea! That would cut the sweetness of the condensed milk a little bit more. Make sure to mix it in really well though. Enjoy!
