Hi Joan! Not sure where in the US you are but please mark your calendar for June 29th. Whether you’re able to watch live or you have to DVR it, please find your local Create TV station and get ready for the show Mondays and Thursdays at 8:30AM and 2:30PM starting on that date. Thanks for watching!
Welcome to USA Public Broadcasting! It is Sat. 6/20/15 and I just viewed the show for the first time on WLRN Ch 2 at 3:30pm. It was informative and entertaining! I am a native Miamian (1945). I have not deserted my hometown because I love the multicultural diversity (and the weather, of course)! I enjoy eating and cooking our Floribbean cuisine. I am looking forward to adding some of your recipies to my repertoire! Best Wishes! Joanne

I’m in Las Vegas, NV and today is Saturday, 7/18/15. I saw Taste The Island show with Chef Irie on the TV Show called “Create” the show aired at 10:00 p.m. PST. I love the harmony and balances of the flavor of Caribbean food. I think Chef Irie is a great cook and adds a lot of creative style to his dishes. Thanks, Chef for bringing the Island culture to the state of Nevada.
Thanks so much Michele!
We’re excited to be reaching new viewers in your area and are so glad you’re enjoying the show. Please tell friends to watch as well, and have an awesome weekend!
You need to add the State of Nevada to your Where To Watch list. I watched the show on Saturday night, 7/18/15 at 10:00 p.m. PST. I’m not sure if this is a regular showing time you may want to verify with the station for the show “Create” for record. Thanks, again Chef.
Hi Joan,
Thank you so much for watching and for visiting our site! Brussel sprouts aren’t an ingredient used too often in Caribbean cuisine, but we’ll try to find some Caribbean recipes incorporating them, and post them if we do. There are other absolutely delicious salads you can try in the meantime including the chayote salad and the pineapple pepper slaw. Please do let us know if there’s anything else you’d like to see. Have an awesome day!
I too just watched you on create! Wanting you to know I appreciate you, LOVE the vibes of your broadcast, the dishes are sinfully delicious, sub’d on YouTube and continue to be inspired! I am watching and desire more of our content from curators like Chef Irie and guest chefs. Kind Regards.
