Latin American chorizo, a favorite in Puerto Rico, Panama and the Dominican Republic, is a smoked sausage, that includes coarsely chopped meat, seasoned with spicy or sweet pimento.
hi there, I watched one of your shows a couple of Saturday’s ago in the south Florida area, and you made meatballs with a lot of different ingredients that sounded wonderful, but I can’t find the recipe on your website, can you help, PLEASE
Hi Pam, thanks for watching and for checking in. Please join our mailing list for weekly recipe updates. We continue to add and will have the piccadillo meatballs recipe up within the next few weeks.
Hello Chef Irie!
I did watch your show over the week-end on our tv public station.I did love it,congratulations!!!!
I was wondering if your recipes can be adapted to the slow cooker (crockpot),or if you’re planning to have a section or dishes
with this tool? Many thanks in advance for your reply, araucano.
Hi Aruacano,
The Pelau recipe might be the best of these to try with the slow cooker, but it’s definitely something we can look into for the second season. Unfortunately there may not be any slowcooker recipes available right away. But if you’ve joined the mailing list or check the site every few weeks, you’ll see if and when we add some. Thanks for watching and let us know if there’s anything else you’d like to see!
